Worst hospital I have ever visited. They are there only to loot money from your pockets. Staff is totally uncaring, they don't care about your health condition your blood urine samples. You will get your reports after asking them multiple times. My Aunt suffered sudden health problems. Visiting doctor told us that he will see her in the morning. Even though she was admitted in the hospital she got emergency medicine only the next day. Please don't waste your patient's health time and money by visiting this hospital

Worst hospital in Bareilly.... Lost my grandmother cause of the poor staff management and coordination..... Just a money grabbing hospital...I literally had to even buy gloves from medical shop for nurse in ICU ....also i have to bring the food yet took 15000rs in advance for ICU and i was the one who had still take care of my grandmother in ICU.... They were treating patients in ICU like some road side beggar...... The doctor only come here at visit..... Dr. Sumit khandelwal just gave instruction to his staff for test ... And they were taking the test while watching a tennis match.... Zero professionalism..... This hospital is a money grabbing leach..... Dont go on looks , its only working cause of Dr. Sharad agarwal.... Humble request dont take patients out there .... Their ICU is death bed.... I wish the staff mother goes through same

Got surgery from Dr. Shami purwar ...one of the best surgeon around here ...he treated me so well and listened to each of my concerns... staff behavior was also friendly and care taking

Staffs are not coordinating, even talking in harsh language, we arrived here 10 o'clock even my token number is 1 and time is 10: 40 , dr Prashant is sitting, without any patient still don't want to see and don't call , me and my husband is waiting for long hours, my husband is a bank manager and wating to come our time and join his duty, even no one is available on taking measurement of weight and bp ,

It's just the infrastructure looks good. Otherwise it's the worst hospital i have ever seen. Just money making hospital. I had my my wife admitted as she was pregnant. Gynecologist doctor was ok but very very rude.The pediatrician was always anonymous never examined my baby. We asked nurses about pediatrician, and the answer was he will be visiting. But i think my bad luck 😕. And the staff carry worst behaviour ever.They always want to rest and are in DND mode. I mean they don't want to get disturbed. Only some nurses were very good and believe they should be at better place. Because as the quality of service, staff, doctor and etc. This hospital will not go long.
